- We connect WooCommerce with Allegro in two ways: through BaseLinker (cheaper and faster, usually 1-2 weeks) or straight through the Allegro API (a dedicated module, a few weeks).

Allegro can bring in most of your turnover, but run next to a store it turns into a second company: separate stock, separate orders, separate shipments and constant watching so the same item is not sold twice.

Through BaseLinker or straight through the Allegro API?
Through BaseLinker. Faster, cheaper and with no custom code. BaseLinker lists offers, pulls orders, generates labels and watches stock. For most stores this is the right choice and that is what we usually do.
Straight through the Allegro API. It makes sense when you have very many offers, unusual parameters, your own warehouse system or you need logic that cannot be set up by clicking. Then we write a dedicated module.
We do not push an expensive solution when a cheaper one is enough. After the analysis we say plainly which route makes more sense in your case and what each of them costs.
How does the rollout work, step by step?
Shared stock
One stock level for the store and Allegro, with a reservation on each order. No more selling an item that has just gone out through the other channel.
Offers from the store range
Listing and updating offers from the product records in WooCommerce, together with parameters, photos and prices.
One shipping process
Orders from both channels land in the same place: packing, labels, tracking numbers and sales documents.
What does the Allegro integration cover?

When is it worth connecting the store with Allegro?
Sales on Allegro are growing and stock in the store is watched by a person with a spreadsheet.
Offers are listed by hand and after every price change they have to be fixed twice.
Orders from Allegro are retyped into the system just to issue an invoice.
The store is only being built and Allegro is already running – the two have to be joined without stopping sales.
The integration is there, but it was built by someone who no longer answers the phone.

How much does an Allegro integration cost?

Do I need BaseLinker?
Not always, but in most cases it is the cheapest and fastest route. Integration straight through the Allegro API makes sense with a large number of offers or unusual logic – then we say so plainly and quote it separately.
Will stock be up to date in real time?
In practice yes: the sync runs in short cycles and stock is reserved when an order comes in. A window of a few seconds always remains, so for one-off items we set an extra buffer.
What about offers that have no counterpart in the store?
We leave them out of the sync or create technical products for them in WooCommerce. We settle that at the product mapping stage.
How long does it take?
Connecting through BaseLinker usually takes 1-2 weeks. A dedicated module on the Allegro API is a matter of a few weeks, depending on the number of offers and the rules. Quote after the analysis, free of charge.
