WooCommerce Integration with BaseLinker
Key facts
- We connect WooCommerce with BaseLinker in two setups: with an ERP system as the source of stock and prices, or with the store as the source of the product range. Which one fits better, we decide after the analysis, not upfront.
- As a rough guide: a simple BaseLinker connection is PLN 3,000-8,000 net, a setup with an ERP, several warehouses and B2B prices PLN 8,000-20,000 net. Support after go-live starts at PLN 300 net per month.
- A simple store-to-BaseLinker connection usually takes 1-2 weeks. A setup with an ERP, several warehouses and B2B prices is most often 3-6 weeks.
- Scope: stock levels, prices, orders, statuses and tracking numbers, variants and bundles, marketplaces (Allegro, Amazon, eBay), couriers (InPost, DPD, DHL, GLS, Poczta Polska), payments (Przelewy24, PayU, BLIK) and accounting (Subiekt GT, Subiekt nexo, Comarch ERP Optima).
- The store keeps running during the rollout: we work on a copy and switch over only after testing the full order path.
- We also take over integrations built by another company. Quote after a free pre-implementation analysis.
BaseLinker handles orders in most Polish stores, but on its own it does not know what your product range looks like or how your warehouse works. We connect WooCommerce with BaseLinker so that stock and prices flow one way and orders come back the other – with no retyping and no selling goods that are not on the shelf.
We do it on the technical side: field mapping, variants, units, VAT rates, net and gross prices, statuses, documents and couriers. If a ready-made connector does not cover something, we write our own code on the BaseLinker API.

Which system should be the source of truth: the store or the ERP?
This is the one decision the rest of the rollout depends on. In practice we see two setups.
ERP in the middle. Subiekt or Comarch Optima holds stock and prices, sends them to BaseLinker, and BaseLinker updates WooCommerce and Allegro. Orders from the store go back to BaseLinker and from there as a document into the ERP. This setup suits companies that keep the warehouse and the accounting in one system.
Store in the middle. WooCommerce is the source of the product range and prices, and BaseLinker handles packing, waybills and marketplaces. Simpler, cheaper to maintain, enough for stores without complex warehouse management.
We suggest the choice after a short analysis, not upfront. A wrong choice at the start costs twice later: once when rewiring it, and again when cleaning up data that has drifted apart.
How does the rollout work, step by step?
Analysis and mapping
We review the product range, variants, units and VAT rates, and settle which system is the source of truth for stock, prices and orders.
Rollout and testing
We configure the connection, move the data on a copy and walk through the full order path: from the cart to the waybill and the sales document.
Support after launch
We stay on a monthly plan: we monitor the sync, react to API changes and fix the mappings when the product range changes.
What exactly do we connect?
Stock levels and prices – one-way or two-way, with rules for several warehouses and dropshipping.
Orders – from WooCommerce to BaseLinker together with invoice data, delivery address and the chosen payment method.
Statuses and tracking numbers – sent back to the store and to the customer’s email.
Variants, bundles and made-to-order products – including SKU, EAN codes and B2B prices.
Marketplaces – Allegro, Amazon and eBay through BaseLinker.
Couriers – InPost, DPD, DHL, GLS, Poczta Polska, automatic shipments and labels.
Payments – Przelewy24, PayU, BLIK, cash on delivery, with status reconciliation.
Accounting – Subiekt GT, Subiekt nexo, Comarch ERP Optima, wFirma.
When is it worth outsourcing the integration?
You retype orders by hand or export them to a spreadsheet.
You sell goods you do not have, because stock drifts apart during the day.
A ready-made connector does not handle your variants, bundles or B2B prices.
You run several warehouses or dropshipping and you need rules, not plain stock copying.
You are moving the store to WooCommerce and want to carry the integration over without stopping sales.
The integration works, but nobody maintains it and something breaks with every update.
The previous contractor disappeared and there is nobody left to look into the logs.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a BaseLinker integration cost?
A simple store to BaseLinker connection is roughly PLN 3,000-8,000 net. A setup with an ERP system, several warehouses and B2B prices usually falls between PLN 8,000 and 20,000 net. On top of that come costs on your side: the BaseLinker subscription and any licences. Support after go-live starts at PLN 300 net per month. We give the exact quote after a free analysis.
Ready-made connector or custom code?
We start with a ready-made connector – it costs less and goes live faster. We write our own code on the API only when the standard one does not handle your variants, prices or warehouse rules. We say so before the quote, not during the rollout.
How long does the rollout take?
A simple store-to-BaseLinker connection usually takes 1-2 weeks. A setup with an ERP, several warehouses and B2B prices is most often 3-6 weeks. We give a firm date after the analysis, together with the quote.
Will the store be down during the rollout?
No. We work on a copy and switch over only after testing the full order path. When moving from another solution, we set the switch-over window outside peak sales hours.
Will you take over an integration from another company?
Yes, we do it regularly. We start with an audit of what already works: what is a ready-made connector, what is custom code, where the logs are and what actually syncs.
